Terms of sale and use

One audit of one website, for $49, charged once. There is no subscription and nothing renews. An audit fetches your pages the way a search engine does, scores them against a published list of checks, and produces a report with a fix prompt for the findings worth acting on.

The report stays available at its link, and on your account if you have one. We may change the checks over time; a report you already have is not rewritten when we do.

We promise that every finding in your report is anchored to something your site actually sent us, and that you can see the request and the response it came from at the bottom of the report.

We do not promise any ranking, traffic or revenue outcome, and no part of the product produces such a figure. Search engines and AI assistants decide what to show, using signals we neither control nor can see. What we can tell you is what your pages send them, and what a reasonable reading of published guidance says about it. Acting on that advice is your decision.

An audit reads the HTML your server sends and never executes your site’s JavaScript, because that is what a search engine sees on its first pass. This is deliberate, and it means a report may describe a page as empty that looks complete in your browser. That difference is usually the finding.

If the audit does not finish, or no report is produced, you get all your money back. No argument and no form: email us and we refund it.

If a report was produced and you are not happy with it, email us within 14 days and tell us why. We would rather refund somebody than argue with them, and a report that did not help us understand what to fix is a report that failed.

The audit is digital content delivered as soon as it is ready, which is usually a few minutes. By starting one you ask us to begin immediately and accept that, once the report has been delivered, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. The voluntary refund above is offered regardless.

A site you own, or one you are authorised to work on. An audit makes real requests to a real server, and asking us to make them against somebody else’s site is your responsibility, not ours.

We request a limited number of pages at a modest rate, identify ourselves in the user agent, and read nothing that is not publicly served. We do not attempt to sign in, submit forms, or reach anything behind a password.

We may refuse or stop an audit of an address that is not a public website: an internal hostname, a private IP address, or a host that asks us not to. We may also refuse a site whose scale would cost more to audit than the audit is sold for.

Signing in is by emailed link; there is no password to lose. A report link is unguessable but not secret: anybody you send it to can read that report. Sharing one is a decision you make, and removing an audit from your account removes it from yours, not from the accounts of people you shared it with.

You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. What we hold and for how long is set out in the privacy notice.

An MCP key reads the account that made it and nothing else. Keep it as you would a password; you can revoke one at any time, and revoking takes effect on the next request. Usage may be rate limited or suspended if it threatens the service for other people.

Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability arising from an audit is limited to what you paid for it.

We are not liable for changes you make to your own site, whether or not a prompt from a report suggested them. Read a prompt before you paste it, and keep a way back.

We may change these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you buy, and the date at the top says when it last moved.

These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in, and you may also use the European Commission’s online dispute resolution platform.
